Terms of Use for Technicians (Pilot)

Version 2026-10-25-1

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you (the technician) and the operator of the platform (the "Operator"). They apply while you take part in the pilot. By pressing the accept button you confirm that you read them and agree to them. If we change them you will be asked to accept the new version before you continue.

2. What the service is, and what it is not

The platform lets your clients send you photos from a personal link, shows you a suggested estimate of the time and price, and helps you agree on an appointment.

  • The estimate is a suggestion only. A computer program selects services from your own price list; it never sets a price by itself. You review, change and confirm every estimate before your client sees a final price.
  • The platform is not a booking guarantee, not a payment service, and not professional or legal advice.
  • You stay responsible for your work, your prices, your appointments and your agreements with your clients.
  • You are responsible for obtaining your clients' agreement to the client terms. You do this by sending them your link: it shows the client terms and asks for acceptance before they continue.
  • Ask for and upload photos of hands only (the back of the hand and the nail designs you are asked to copy). Do not request or upload photos of faces, other body parts or other people, or photos of anyone under 18.

3. What data is collected, and why

  • About you: name, studio name, address, phone number, language, your price list and working hours. Used to run your account and to prepare estimates.
  • About your clients: name, phone number, language, photos (inspiration and hand photos) and notes. Used only to prepare the estimate, let you review it and arrange the appointment.
  • Technical records: when a request was created, estimated, corrected and approved, and the corrections you make to estimates. Used to measure and improve the quality of the estimates and to run the pilot.

We do not sell this data and do not use it for advertising.

4. External AI service

To produce a suggestion, photos and notes are sent over an encrypted connection to an external AI vendor located in the United States. The vendor processes them only to return the suggestion and may keep the inputs for up to 30 days. Location data and other metadata are removed from photos before they are stored or sent. By accepting these terms you agree to this processing and transfer, and you confirm that your clients are informed of it through the client terms.

5. No training on photos

We do not use the photos to train AI models, and we do not allow the vendor to do so under the terms we use with it. Inside the 90-day period described below, photos may be viewed to check the quality of the estimates, only for that purpose and never to train models.

6. How long data is kept, and deletion

Our own copy of photos is deleted 90 days after the appointment (or 90 days after the request if no appointment was made), or immediately on request. The vendor may keep the inputs it received for up to 30 days. You, or your client, can ask for earlier deletion at any time through the contact below, and from the settings screen you can submit a request to delete all your data. We will act on a valid request within a reasonable time. Backups may keep deleted data for a short additional period before they are overwritten.

7. Who owns the data

Your clients' data is yours. As between you and the Operator, you decide why and how it is used, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it from your clients and for telling them about it. The platform processes this data on your behalf and only on your instructions, as needed to provide the service. You may ask us to give you a copy of it or to delete it. The Operator keeps ownership of the platform itself.

8. Security

We protect data with the following measures: personal links that cannot be guessed and can be revoked; access to photos only through a checked link; encrypted connections; stored link codes kept only in scrambled form; limits on repeated attempts; and logs that do not contain names, phone numbers or photos. No system is perfectly secure. Keep your personal link private, do not share it, and tell us immediately if you think someone else has it so we can replace it.

9. Pilot: no guarantee of availability

The platform is in a pilot. It may be slow, change, contain mistakes, or be unavailable without notice, and data may be lost. Keep your own calendar as the source of truth for your appointments. Either side may end your participation at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Israeli law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost appointments or lost data, and the Operator's total liability to you for anything arising from the pilot is limited to the amount you paid for it (which is zero during the pilot). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for intent or gross negligence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When the version changes you will be asked to read and accept the new version before you continue. If you do not accept, you can stop using the platform and ask us to delete your data.

12. Contact and governing law

For questions, deletion requests or security concerns, use the contact details the Operator gave you when you joined the pilot. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Privacy notice in short
