Terms of Use for Clients (Pilot)

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use a personal link from your nail technician (the "Technician") to send a request through the platform run by the operator (the "Operator"). By pressing the accept button you confirm that you read them and agree to them. You do not need to create an account. You confirm that you are 18 or older. The service is not intended for minors; if you are under 18, do not use it.

2. What the service is, and what it is not

The platform lets you send photos of the nails you would like, and your Technician receives them with a suggested estimate of time and price.

• The estimate is a suggestion only. A computer program picks services from your Technician's own price list. Your Technician reviews it and may change it; the final time and price are agreed with her.
• The estimate is not an offer, a booking or a promise of a price until your Technician has confirmed it.
• The platform is not a payment service and does not provide medical advice. Tell your Technician about any nail, skin or health condition.

3. What data is collected, and why

• Your name, phone number and language.
• The photos you upload (inspiration photos and a photo of your hand) and any note you write.
• Your choice of appointment time and technical records of when the request was created and approved.

We use them only to prepare your estimate, let your Technician review it and arrange your appointment. We do not sell them and do not use them for advertising.

4. External AI service

To produce the suggestion, your photos and notes are sent over an encrypted connection to an external AI vendor located in the United States. The vendor processes them only to return the suggestion and may keep the inputs for up to 30 days. Location data and other metadata are removed from photos before they are stored or sent. By accepting these terms you consent to this processing and to the transfer of your photos and notes to the United States.

5. No training on photos

We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not allow the vendor to do so under the terms we use with it. Inside the 90-day period described below, your photos may also be viewed to check the quality of the estimates, only for that purpose and never to train models.

6. How long data is kept, and deletion

Our own copy of your photos is deleted 90 days after your appointment (or 90 days after your request if no appointment was made), or immediately if you ask. The vendor may keep the inputs it received for up to 30 days. You can delete your photos yourself from the platform at any time, or ask your Technician or the Operator to delete your data. Backups may keep deleted data for a short additional period before they are overwritten.

7. Who is responsible for your data

Your Technician decides why and how your data is used and is responsible for it towards you. The platform processes it on her behalf and only as needed to provide the service. The Technician and the Operator can see your data; no one else can, except the external AI vendor described above.

8. Security

We protect data with the following measures: a personal link that cannot be guessed and expires; access to photos only through a checked link; encrypted connections; stored link codes kept only in scrambled form; limits on repeated attempts; and logs that do not contain names, phone numbers or photos. No system is perfectly secure. Do not share your personal link.

9. Pilot: no guarantee of availability

The platform is in a pilot. It may be slow, change, contain mistakes or be unavailable without notice. Confirm your appointment with your Technician.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Israeli law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the quality of the Technician's work, the Technician's prices or the Technician's availability. The Operator's total liability to you for the platform is limited to the amount you paid for it (which is zero). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for intent or gross negligence.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When the version changes you will be asked to read and accept it before you continue.

12. Contact and governing law

For questions or to ask for deletion, contact your Technician or the Operator at the contact details your Technician gave you. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Privacy notice in short

• Who is responsible: your Technician decides why and how your data is used; the Operator runs the platform on her behalf.
• What is collected: name, phone number, language, photos, notes and appointment details.
• Why: to prepare your estimate, let your Technician review it and arrange your appointment, and to check the quality of the estimates.
• How long: our copy is deleted 90 days after your appointment, or immediately on request; the AI vendor may keep inputs for up to 30 days.
• Your rights: to see, correct and delete your data. Ask your Technician or the Operator.
• Contact: the details your Technician gave you.
